Lead

With dedicated leadership and strong ties to the community, IOFA has worked to improve the lives of vulnerable youth for the past 15 years. Whether you are a student, a young professional, or a prominent leader, IOFA values input and collaboration to keep us vital in years to come.

  • If you are a professional (particulary in the areas of law, finance, human resources, or philanthropy) with a strong commitment to serving vulnerable youth, we would love to have you on our Board of Directors. For more information, please contact Alison Boak, Co-Founder/Executive Director at aboak@iofa.org.
  • IOFA is also pleased to retain an advisory board comprised of subject matter experts in a variety of fields including social work, juvenile justice, public health, and international development. For more information on the advisory board, please contact Alison Boak.
  • IOFA's Youth Activist Committee is aimed at students or recent graduates in the Chicagoland area with a strong interest in youth activism. The Committee will host informational, fundraising, and outreach events throughout the year. For more information on how to get involved, follow us on Facebook/Twitter or contact Francesca Valentin at fvalentin@iofa.org.
