This handbook, written by the International Organization for Adolescents (IOFA) in Partnership with Loyola Chicago Center for Human Rights in 2011, addresses gaps in services for youth in child welfare in Illinois. This handbook features various screening tools that can be adapted to a variety of existing intake assessments for organizations that work with vulnerable youth.
