At the request of the U.S. Department of State, IOFA conducted an assessment to determine the availability of comprehensive social services, especially shelter, to victims of human trafficking in Latvia. Findings were presented to the U.S. Embassy in Riga, various ministries in the Latvian Parliament, and the NGO sector.
